To my friends that have not meet me for past one month, you better not see me! Ahahaha as I am looking uglier and uglier like an ugly duckling – Acnes lah of course 😦 Averagely I go to bed at 2a.m, I ate heaty stuffs sometimes, I drank not more than a litre of water per day, plus this college semester is killing, does this enough to ruin my face huh?

So actually for the past few weeks when I was still in industrial training, my colleague had actually gave me a pimple medication from clinic, but I don’t see any improvement, maybe it is not suitable for my skin.  😦 Then about 3 days ago, I decided to get this and try out…

OXY 5 Pimple Medication + OXY Powder Lotion

Well it seems like my acnes are vanishing from my face after I’ve applied for about 3 times.. Not fully but partially… Hmm a good sign! Hey hey for those people out there who got acnes, try this! =P (Feeling ‘sampat’) Hopefully this helps…

Then recently, I am starting to beware of the importance of having so called healthy meals… So, in order to achieve a healthy life, lets start with some hi-fiber biscuits and whole grains :p

Let me tell you what are these above – from the left, it is fruit & nut crunchy muesli,  is a breakfast cereal based on uncooked oats, fruits, and nuts. As for middle one, it is some hi-fiber whole wheat biscuits while on the right, cereal bar with blueberry inside (thats not mine :p)

Seriously these stuffs taste better than those fancy biscuits out there.. .Hmm… lets go SIHAT!

Sushi Spreeeee

Its the RM2 Sushi King Bonanza again! Me and some friends headed to KLCC’s Sushi King today after college to grab the seats before it is full house,  as usual KLCC always crowded with people, and it was expected, we have to queue up as it is full house already.

Eventually we managed to get a table within few minutes, and here’s the pictures to describe everything =/
